ENIT treats all personal information in it possession and present on the site in full compliance with the provisions of Italian national legislation and privacy laws (Dlgs 196/2003).
Aims of treatment
In line with article 13 of D.Lgs 30 June 2003, n. 196 Code for the protection of personal data, ENIT in its capacity as data controller, informs that the treatment of personal data contained in the site is intended solely for the final achievement of the objectives of the institution, as explained in the consultative status of the said site.  The same data will be stored and used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes
