Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park
Territory
EMILIA ROMAGNAFORLI' - CESENA
TOSCANAAREZZO FIRENZE
Protected area in hectares 31038
This park is an immense green space that is located between Romagna and Tuscany.

The visitor that comes to these locations can climb the wild valleys of Romagna or follow the route to Arno from Casentino (rich with precious artistic heritage). Being one the oldest forests in Europe, the Casentinesi, Monte Falterona and Campigna Forests National Park is a rare gift.

In the heart of its territory, the Sasso Fratino Natural Reserve resembles the antica silva forest. The difficult access to the forest has allowed it to remain in its natural archaic state.
