ENIT – Italian National Tourist Board – is an economic public entity, pursuant to Article 16 of Decree Law No. 83 of 31 May 2014, converted with amendments by Law No. 106 of 29 July 2014. It carries out its functions and activities through its headquarters and peripheral offices.
ENIT’s activity is governed by Article 16 of Decree Law No. 83 of 31 May 2014, converted with amendments by Law No. 106 of 29 July 2014, by the articles of association and by other laws relating to private legal persons.
The Italian National Tourist Board, supervised by the Ministry of Tourism, adopts its own accounting and administrative regulations.
