The Italian National Tourist Board is planning to hire a full-service communication agency for a period of 12 months.

Although at this moment we are not formally inviting agencies to bid, we would like to be able to identify potentially interested agencies.

Our agency promotes tourism to Italy and we are looking for the following services:

• Assistance with Media relations (including monthly media reporting), Consumer outreach;

• Translation service

• Creation of a 12-month strategy plan, with target audience both in the USA and Mexico;

• Conceptualizing and executing virtual and in-person events to connect ENIT with media including developing invite list, RSVP management, and sourcing speakers and panelists;

• Helping grow database of travel media contacts

• Supporting content development for presentations and meetings;

• Method of payment ACH

The budget will not exceed $120,000 (for the 12 months period).

All interested companies must send an email confirming the interest to bid to newyork@enit.it by April 14th, 2022.

Eligible companies will be invited to bid soon after, and will need to provide proposal within 15 days from notification.
