ENIT Paris Hosts Liguria: Tourism, Taste and Lifestyle in the Spotlight on the French Market

An evening dedicated to showcasing Liguria as a travel destination took place in Paris as part of the initiative “Goûter la Liguria – Italian Elegance”, bringing together more than 50 tourism professionals, media representatives and industry partners.

On 11 June, ENIT France hosted the presentation event for Destination Liguria at its headquarters in Paris, organised in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for France in Marseille and the Liguria Region, within the framework of the “Goûter la Liguria – Italian Elegance” initiative.

The event welcomed over 50 tourism professionals, institutional representatives, media outlets and partners, offering an important opportunity for networking and exchange aimed at promoting Liguria’s unique appeal to the French market — from its coastline and cultural heritage to its food and wine traditions, craftsmanship, lifestyle and the Italian art of living.

The evening formed part of the broader Liguria Week in Paris programme, running from 10 to 21 June, which brings the region’s finest excellence to the French capital through the participation of 31 Ligurian companies from the fashion and food sectors. Twelve food and beverage producers are taking part in tastings and promotional activities at Epic, one of Paris’s leading destinations for premium gastronomy, while nineteen fashion brands are showcasing Made in Liguria through outfits and creations inspired by the identity of the region.

During the event at ENIT Paris, Liguria’s tourism offering was highlighted with a particular focus on authentic experiences, picturesque villages, the coastline, cultural itineraries, outstanding food and wine experiences, and new opportunities for French travel professionals and tour operators. The event also served as a strategic opportunity to strengthen Liguria’s positioning as an accessible, nearby destination offering high-value experiential travel for the French market, one of the region’s most important international tourism markets.

ENIT France’s participation once again confirms the Agency’s commitment to promoting Italy’s tourism offering across international markets, fostering dialogue and collaboration between institutions, destinations and tourism industry stakeholders. With its unique blend of landscapes, flavours, culture and hospitality, Liguria presents itself to the French public as a sophisticated, authentic and distinctly Italian destination.
